It seems that there are no HR launch photos available. I only have these two pre launch photos in high resolution...

Radar cross sections for the 5 in orbit objects have now been published:
Object A 10.316 m (confirmed as 2nd stage)
Object B 0.634 m (my guess: SKRL-756 #1)
Object C 0.137 m (my guess: Adaptor 188 KS)
Object D 0.2693 m (my guess: AIST)
Object E 0.630 m (my guess: SKRL-756 #2)

SpaceTrack has now allocated names to Objects A to D which raise some questions and may change again.. ???

anik, something is unclear to me.

If I understand correctly this discussion, the first flight was made with 14A15 N2Л.

http://novosti-kosmonavtiki.ru/forum/forum13/topic9953/?PAGEN_1=184

But later, you wrote that first flight was with 14А15 №2Л...

What happened with 2Л ?

This is due to 1st stage  001 being used either in entirety or for parts  after the first stage GTA failure and explosion on the the stand because of stands emergency system system and some fuel supply piping failing during the GTA NK-33A engine AVD and abort sequence.
