Are the payloads at the cosmodrome already? What tests needs to be done before launch?

I've gotten fuzzy on the details again, or exactly what changes have happened...is this launch powered by a refurbished NK-33 engine?  Or is the first stage already using an RD-193?

And are they really trying to call it the Soyuz-1?  Seems like that would be hard to pull off since it follows -2.1a, -2.1b.  Maybe they should tack on digits, and make it the -2.1.3a.  :)

Or take a page from Apple, and just call it "Soyuz" and let the poor confused masses struggle to come up with identification schemes, like "2013 edition" or codename "Kuznetsov's Revenge" or "Uni-Core."

It uses refurbished NK-33.

The name of this launcher is Soyuz-2.1v. "V" is the third letter in Cyrillic alphabet, so it is quite logical since this launcher is the thirs version of the Soyuz-2.1.

It is an orbit for the first Aist, which has flown with Bion-M.

DETAIL
Decided to conduct phase II trials with ILV "Soyuz-2-1v" on launch pad
18 December 2013

December 17, 2013 a meeting of the State Commission on phase II clinical trials with ILV "Soyuz-2-1v" production SRP "Samara Space Center" at the launch complex.

The meeting discussed the results of the tests at the processing facility missiles (ILV) "Soyuz-2-1v" with block removal "Volga", intended for launching into orbit a small spacecraft "Stork" and gauge fields.

After hearing reports of supervisors, the State Commission decided readiness ILV "Soyuz-2-1v" for export to the launch pad.

For reference:

The two-stage rocket of light class "Soyuz-2-1v" and block removal "Volga" are designed and manufactured in the Center "TsSKB Progress" (Samara).

The new missile will be able to provide excretion payload weighing up to 2.8 tonnes into low Earth orbit, and using VWD "Volga" - up to 1.4 tonnes of sun-synchronous orbit. At launch involved a large Russian industrial cooperation and hardware complex, located on the territory of the Russian Federation.

Launcher campaign RN with BV "Volga" is scheduled for December 23, 2013. The new carrier will orbit calibration sphere and prototype small spacecraft "Stork", a joint project of Rocket and Space Center and Samara State Aerospace University. Flight tests also include a complex mining operation of the entire system: metrology issues, environmental safety, electromagnetic compatibility of RN, mining operational documentation, etc.
