Early Rokots have flown with Briz-K upper stage, also there were plans of Briz-KS use with Rokots.

Eighth orbital launch in six days. Four of them were Navsat launches. Navsat season I suppose. Maybe something about the period of vernal equinox.

Thanks. The first one carried out various manoeuvres once on orbit, but I never saw whether the second one followed the same course of action and is the first still manoeuvring today. The last I saw on Russian Space Web was references from late January this year to further manoeuvres.

TLEs out for three payloads and the Briz-M - nothing yet for a putative 4th payload.
Briz-M in 1170 x 1504 km disposal orbit, rest in 1494 x 1506 km, so looks like mission success for the Gonets and Briz.
I recall that Kosmos-2499 took a while to be discovered and cataloged.

these are «Гонец-М» №№21, 22, 23
- at least I assume the ones sent to the cosmodrome in Jan are the ones launched today.
