On the ISS feed it sounds like Andre and Joe are suffering from some confusion as to which way round bags need to be packed back into the Dragon.

Quick request, possibly for L2 folks: can we get some diagrams/schematics of the cargo packing arrangement in the cargo dragon? Thanks in advance!  :)

Don't forget the panorama. There's diagrams and labels scattered around the inside :)

Continuing mass confusion about packing with lots of discussion on the MCC/station loop. Seems like someone has really dropped the ball on planning the cargo packing configuration for Dragon's return to Earth, unfortunately. A contributing factor appears to be that large, rigid items that end up slightly over-filling the CTBs -- Andre was just opening up a CTB to illustrate the problem on the video stream.

This could be more of an issue for Dragon than with other vehicles since Dragon has many cargo stowage locations that have rigid sides, thus being intolerant to CTB expansion. Example attached.

Still, great to see cargo ops in Dragon - which is the purpose of all this great effort since 2006. :)

No - it's just a hole. There are no windows on this Dragon.

Would be kinda pointless there, anyway - blocked by cargo.

Is it possible to stomp a CTB into submission in space? Because Don Pettit just did...

Like this? Don using his feet to get a bag in.

BTW: I didn't know this was going to be televised. Pretty cool we get to see this.

You wouldn't want to do that with "URINE BAGS (USED)". :D

Probably will end up as a NASA training video: "Dragon On-Orbit Manually-Induced Force-Augmented Compactation Cargo Stowage Methodology". ;D
