According to Novosti kosmonavtiki forum, the launch of Glonass-M #46 satellite (block #46s) is planned at 08:50 UTC on November 22nd.

Don't think there will be any, but the Russian news reports usually have launch video later. Plus look out for amateur videos on Youtube.
