According to Novosti kosmonavtiki forum, the launch of Glonass-M #46 satellite (block #46s) is planned at 08:50 UTC on November 22nd.

Maybe a problem with the satellite ?
I find it surprising that it is not yet delivered in Plesetsk...

Don't think there will be any, but the Russian news reports usually have launch video later. Plus look out for amateur videos on Youtube.
