Soyuz-U for Progress M-21M?

That means around 17 millions USD each rocket?...

Soyuz-U for Progress M-21M?

That means around 17 millions USD each rocket?...

That usually excludes transportation costs and launch.

Might it be possible that the Soyuz-2-1A is 25M and the Soyuz-2-1B is 33M Ex Works?
So:
Soyuz-U 17M
Soyuz-FG 18M?
Soyuz-2-1A 25M?
Soyuz-2-1B 33M?

In the above listing, I find it strange that Foton-M 5 is listed as a launch with the Fregat atop the Soyuz-2-1B vehice.

Is this correct?

No, Foton-M5 will not use a Fregat

Thank goodness - I was wondering where the inverted cone of the instrument/retro module would go!

Concerning this inverted cone, Foton-M4 and later won't have it. The Zenit-type service module will be replaced by a Yantar-type service module:

So the spacecrat is more like a Kometa design ..... and in turn, like the apparently abandoned NIKA series that was discussed in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

Exactly. The same is valid for the Bion-M series:

The next Glonass-K1 launch is planned in the middle of 2012, Luch-5B launch - in the middle of 2012, Luch-5V (instead of Luch-4) - in 2014. Also launch of three Glonass-M satellites is planned in 2012 and eight Glonass-M satellites - in 2013-2015.

The next six GLONASS satellites to be deployed in three additional planes
http://www.ria.ru/science/20111227/527859423.html

No details of timing or type of satellite; or if they are the next six to be ordered as opposed to launched; would have to be six solo launches.

Only three GLONASS-M have been ordered for next year
