NOTAM's have been issued for the Jiuquan area.

This is possibly the SJ-11 Shi Jian 11-04 launch to take place on August 17.

Other possibility is the SW-4 Shiyan Wexing-4 and CX-3 Chuang Xin-3 launch by a CZ-2D.

Here are still other NOTAMs

Being exactly the same as for SJ-11-2 & SJ-11-3, I would think this is for SJ-11-4 to take place on August 18 from 0920 until 0942UTC

First NOTAM is to avoid the fairing drop zone, the second the first stage drop zone

Since launch time is 5 hours later than SJ-11-3, I suppose this could imply a launch time of 0928UTC for a local time of the descending node of 15:45

Quite interesting. Such a rush in deploying orbital constellation -- that's strange...

Agreed - I cannot recall a constellation being deployed with such speed before.   Shijian-11-127 by the end of the year perhaps?? :-)
