The final undocking forever for a space shuttle occurs Tuesday morning at 2:27am EDT.
Rob Navias noting that the final use of the shuttle RMS in history (first used on STS-2) will occur during the late inspections of Atlantis' heat shield.

This is a big focus on TriDAR.
That's awesome that Atlantis and Shuttle are helping to pave the way for AR&D by future vehicles --- specifically to ISS, and possibly for Mars Sample Return, and by extension, most any major BEO exploration. A gift to the future, even during her own swan song. -Alex
