STS-51A question
« on: 01/24/2011 10:58 PM »
I noticed on an old video on this flight that one astronaut was put in a locker and let out later. O.O  From what I remember from the video, astronaut  Dr. Allen was stuffed in the locker and someone else was sent to get him and it shows the other crew member pulling the doctor out of the locker.

How the heck was this possible? The lockers the crew uses to put their stuff in look very tiny.

Camera trick, the locker area away was empty, and Dr. Allen was standing in the empty area.

The STS-8 crew did something similar, but less tricky...
