Pad is secure, all roadblocks are coming down and everything is done for the day.

Great test today! So now what? Review the data...launch on April 12th? That's still a month away! :(
They're going to take it down pull it back under cover so they can give it a detailed inspection. Plus they have to replace a bunch of cork tile.

And install the flight termination hardware.

Hotfire video!! :D

It's erroneously running at 60 fps, at least 2x too fast.

I hope SpaceX releases some close up video...better quality.  Can you run it in slow-motion on YouTube? How?

SFN has an article up now, not that it says much:

http://www.spaceflightnow.com/falcon9/001/100313staticfire/

These two paragraphs are funny, though:

"The company has released detailed updates on the cause of Tuesday's aborted engine test and other progress, but SpaceX was unable to announce when it would make static fire attempts. Officials did not give reports on the status of the Falcon 9 countdown, despite multiple requests for information.

The real-time information vacuum is a departure from typical rocket operations at Cape Canaveral. The high profile of the first Falcon 9 launch is garnering more interest than most unmanned missions departing from the spaceport. "

Now that the test fire is successful, Something tells me that this launch is going to go smoothly, I just have that feeling. Also wondering what everyones thoughts are about the parachute recovery system for the first stage. How does this system compare say with Ares I-X parachute system. I'm hoping for a better outcome than what we witnessed with that.

About 80 gillion things that didn't have to go right today will have to go right on launch day for it to be a success.  I hope they do, but this test didn't (and couldn't) demonstrate that.

Probably both, judging from the layer of ice on the tank. There is a very dark patch from where the 'explosive' force seems to originate from. I'd say that the cork bulged out. They have some work to do it seems...

Because it already projected outwards, if you bothered to look at the *OTHER* pictures on the same page:
http://www.hobbyspace.com/AAdmin/Images/RLV/SpaceX/2010-03-13-Pad_Test/IMG_0117.jpeg

It appears to be part of the prop/oxidizer fuel lines.

Looks like it's part of the first stage. Let's check it out more to see what it is.
