@ Dave,

I suspect that she's the daughter of Dr. Freeman Dyson.  If so, that's an impressive bloodline but I'm not entirely sure what qualification she has in the business beyond her dad's work on space habitats.

I'm thinking that she's pushing a pro-Commercial line because she thinks that state bureaucracies can't really innovate (or at least can't in the current climate).  That she's an XCOR shareholder and would like to see soem distant descendant of the Lynx docking with the ISS should be noted, methinks. ;)

Mostly though, this is a 'soapbox' op-ed.  Ask someone not necessarily involved what they think.
