Rollout planned for 8pm tonight

As in they met today and decided weather was OK and they are rolling out or that it was delayed from yesterday to today but no confirmation that it will actually happen today?

Weather shouldn't be a concern, just maybe a few sprinkles left behind early this evening and clear skies overnight.
