The QB-50 page now points to a launch on April-21-2017
https://www.qb50.eu/index.php/project-description-obj/launch-scenario

Also, should we add CESAT-1 (Canon Satellite) to the same launch as described on reddit page
https://www.reddit.com/r/ISRO/comments/5hhifr/canon_electronics_cesati_likely_on_pslv_c38_with/

One last thing, a new page for PSLV-C38 is also needed :)

Spoke with some friends at SHAR, per them, LVM3 may be pushed to late April or early May.
PSLV-C38 will be pushed forward.

End-Mar/Early-April - GSLV
Mid-April                 - PSLV
End-April/Early-May - LVM3

The first of them, GSAT-9 or the South Asia Satellite, will kick off the serial launches in the first half of April from the Sriharikota space port. (Officials said they had not yet set a date for it.)

Quote
Tentatively, ISRO has lined up the Internet user-friendly GSAT-19 for launch around May; GSAT-17 around June; GSAT-6A, which like GSAT-6, is for the Defence forces, in September; and its largest 5,000-plus GSAT-11 around December. GSAT-17 and GSAT-11 will be launched on the European Ariane launcher.

Quote
After INSAT-4CR was moved to a new orbital slot a few months ago, its efficiency has been improved and a little extra capacity created for select use, he said.

RSL previously designed the Aalto-1 and Aalto-2 satellites for the local Aalto University. This July, they plan to launch Finland’s first fully commercial satellite — Reaktor Hello World — with ISRO from an Indian PSLV rocket. Liukkonen expects radio frequency permits for the satellite to clear the month before.
