Volga will soon after be deorbited and reenter over South Pacific (source: NOTAM)

Well technically this one is not of a Soyuz-class (Soyuz-class being medium-lift). it would be more apropriate to say it's from Soyuz-family.

Not yet, although several news organizations put out photo's of other launches and other rockets even....
