Just confirmed that the launch is slipping to August 12 05:00-14:00 UTC.

Launch Postponement, of H-IIA Launch Vehicle No. 35 Encapsulating MICHIBIKI No. 3

After the review of the weather condition, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. and JAXA have decided to postpone launch of H-IIA Launch Vehicle No. 35 (H-IIA・F35) which encapsulates MICHIBIKI No. 3, Quasi-Zenith Satellite System; Geostationary Orbit Satellite.

HIIA・F35 launch was originally scheduled on August 11, 2017, new schedule is as follows

Launch Time:
    2 p.m. through 11 p.m. (JST) *
Reserved Launch Period:

First Go/No Go Decision -'Go'

This is an updated launch countdown report on the "MICHIBIKI No. 3" (Quasi-Zenith Satellite System; Geostationary satellite), which will be launched using the H-IIA No. 35 Launch Vehicle (H-IIA F35). After the weather conditions checked out, the green light has been given for H-IIA F35 carrying "MICHIBIKI No. 3" to leave the Vehicle Assembly Building for the launch pad. The scheduled launch time is Aug. 12, 2017 13:40 p.m. JST.
