Actually I think they are from this launch (see the link below your post) - at least they are from the right launch pad...

BTW is this the first ever civilian Earth observation satellite worldwide in geostationary orbit that isn't meteorology specialized? (the Korean COMS-1 was close but it was half weather sat and half oceanography sat)

According to Google trad the chief engineer is quoted as saying that GF-4 can detect an oil tanker from geostationary orbit, which would confirm it ship tracking abilities.

LC-2 or 3?
schedule says LC2 because next launch uses LC3. Since dual pad capability rolled out they have been launching in an alternation LC2 then LC3 during all of 2015 since the capability became present
