Delta 2 launch 25/26 September

Delta 2 Rocket with a GPS Satellite set for launch tonight.

Updates here.

11:37pm EDT target launch time. (4:37am).

Anyone with image updates?

There's some great shots of the rocket, taken during the tower rollback, this morning on the SpaceflightNow site. I like the way the Air Force decorates their rockets, complete with the eyes and shark's teeth on the nose.  :)

Probably a whole lot less than those other emblems on the side of the booster... the Air Force has painted shark's teeth on most of their Delta II GPS launchers since the early 90's (some previous Delta II launches documented here: http://spaceflightnow.com/delta/index.html)
