Feature article by Chris Gebhardt to mark this rocket's swansong:

https://www.nasaspaceflight.com/2017/02/soyuz-u-progress-ms-05-launch/

Quote
The engine replacement is also being carried out on the third stage of the Soyuz-FG rocket, which is used to launch the crewed Soyuz missions to the Station.

It is understood that this engine replacement was made with an 11D55 (RD-0110) engine built in 2016, instead of the previously installed 11D55 engine that was produced in 2014 with the engine that failed on MS-04’s launch.

Have any of these suspect engines flown crew already?
(How many bullets have been dodged?)
possibly yes the only year affected at this time is 2014. Stan Black might have the info on those.
I dont know

This was a 2013 rocket? The ‘Т’ in the serial number Т15000-145 indicates the batch production year; and also details from the contract №353-1130/12.

It looks like the rocket was accepted, signed for in early 2014.

I am not sure about the rocket allocated to Kanopus-V. It looks like it started life as a rocket for a Kobalt-M satellite.

Progress MS05 carried away fuel. How will he transfer it?

I thought it was possible only with Zevzda.

Unfortunately the usual mission details page such as http://www.mcc.rsa.ru/progress_mc03.htm
doesn't seem to exist this time around.
Now the page is available
http://www.mcc.rsa.ru/progress_mc05.htm
cargo mass was 2398 kg ! :)

Will there be any coverage of today's undocking?

I saw no mention of it on www.nasa.gov , but I could have missed it there.

EDIT: at 17:46 UTC = 1:46 p.m. EDT
