Prop loading of the second stage is complete. This stage uses dinitrogen tetroxide (N2O4) as an oxidizer and UH 25, containing 25% hydrazine hydrate and 75% unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine (UDMH), as the fuel.

SCATSAT 1's orbit will be 720 kilometers high inclined 98.1 degrees.

The other seven payloads' orbit will be 670 kilometers high inclined 98.21 degrees.

All eight will be sun-synchronous.
