This just showed up on the CxP asset management database. (see attachment)

Nice summary of what the USA got for their five billion dollar investment into the Ares 1 launcher.

I'm not seeing Liberty mentioned in this document - what page are you referring to?

Looks like we got a few new manufacturing processes.  We even might be able to use these if we can get serious about space again.

Does not make me feel good when guys like Romney are talking about  'nutty'  lunar plans.   Scary bad.
