The FreeBeacon is reporting a DF-5C launch from Taiyuan with 10 MIRVs on Jan 15.  Anyone have notams for that?

From the article, there was a scramjet test in December 2015. Picture below. Anybody recognise the launch vehicle?

I haven't figured it out - stage one looks like the booster of the Tianying-3F sounding rocket.  But it might be also the booster of some large anti-aircraft-missile (like several western sounding rockets, too). I need to dig a little bit deeper into Chinese missiles.
