pre-breath in spacesuit for CEV crew?

Before the launch the astronauts of CEV will have to make pre-breath closed in theirs spacesuits like in the missions Apollo?

They won't as the CEV at sea level works on an atmosphere of oxygen and nitrogen.

But I believe the CEV will run at sea-level pressure for missions to the ISS, but at about 9-something psi for lunar missions to avoid rigorous pre-breathing regimes.

Yes, but that is not how it will start. 2018 at the earliest is when we have to consider that.
