With 18 orbital flights, SpaceX drove the surge in US missions last year.

From the article, launches by country:
 
USA: 29 (all successful) - (SpaceX: 18 - 62%)
Russia: 20 (1 failure)
China: 19 (2 failures)

2018 will be interesting, as both the US and China are planning substantially more launches.
