Japan's SS-520 launch has now slipped into January, so this Zenit will be the last launch of 2017.

Here's the Tsenki feed, which has better resolution, but stops and starts on me all the time.

T-25 minutes. Roscosmos is calling the vehicle Zenit-2SB, but the writing on the rocket says Zenit-3F.

It is actually a Zenit-2SB80 which equals Zenit-3F. This is in part done so that it fits on the launchers first stage as the text is put on at the factory in Ukraine.
