Here's my first, and last, attempt at a shuttle launch.



Montage of 4 shots taken at 1/2500, f8, ISO 320, with a 500mm Sigma lens (at 480mm) on a Canon 30d, cropped by about 25%.

Amazing experience.

Here's mine!  Had to get one photo of my own for the last flight, as I did not get any for STS-133 launch so I could just soak up my first shuttle launch in Feb.

Hmmm... I must have been off to your right.  Here's my view down the causeway.  I was just to the west of the first tent there.
