Now that Orbcomm is scheduled for December 2, could Cygnus OA-4 be delayed by a few days to let the Eastern Range reset?

It would depend on how firm both of those dates are for the providers and their customers.  And if one reserves the range first and held onto that reservation, then the schedules would have to be adjusted.

But more importantly, we're still months away from that post-Thanksgiving time-frame: both of those launches have dependencies on events that haven't occurred yet.  Hypothetical scheduling conflicts like this often get "de-conflicted" through the natural course of events.

Salo,

A few updates to your Atlas V tail numbers in early 2016:
OA-6 is AV-064 (previously 69)
MUOS-5 is AV-063 (previously 67)
L-61 is AV-065 (previously 64)
SBIRS-3 is AV-067 (previously 65)

You might want to leave the tail numbers off until about 6 to 8 months before the estimated launch dates, as they can sometimes switch for various reasons.  Might be easier that way than to update multiple times.

NROL-37 has been delayed to May 12.

Cygnus OA-4 has an option to launch on December 2 at 23:19 UTC (6:19 PM EST), but it's not official. It's still scheduled for the 3rd, but the former option is tentative.

Also, Cygnus OA-5's legitimate launch vehicle is an Atlas V and is now scheduled for March 10.

NROL-37 has been delayed to May 12.

It's actually been that date for awhile.  SFN incorrectly posts dates sometimes, and then subsequently posts something as "slipping".  I'm not sure where they get preliminary launch dates from.  I suspect it's not ULA.

Sure.  I was just venting about what I sometimes see on SFN, not all the time.  I have no problem with their estimating the launch dates, but more with words like slipped, instead of maybe stating the date is now confirmed or something.  Sometimes it really is a slip due to SV or LV though, sometimes just manifest shuffling because a new launch is squeezed in, or removed.
I guess I'm just sensitive today. :)

for future reference: NSF prefers to use L2 data and the NASA MSFC change log as primary sources for launch dates and times as they are more accurate and do not use other media sites unless noted in L2.
