President Donald Trump, First Daughter Ivanka Trump, and NASA astronaut Kate Rubins will make a special 20-minute, Earth-to-space call at 10 a.m. EDT Monday, April 24, to personally congratulate NASA astronaut Peggy Whitson for her record-breaking stay aboard the International Space Station.

NASA will provide live coverage of the event via the following agency assets:

Go on Peggy. She immediately notes the NASA Team. Notes, the act, SLS and so proud of the team (she knows what she's doing).

President: "Is there a schedule for Mars". Peggy: "You bill notes 2030s." Trump says he wants to do it in his FIRST term, if not second!

Good luck with that.

Ivanka talking about inspiring women. Peggy was inspired by Apollo and later by the first female astros.

Ivanka seems genuinely star struck by Peggy. Peggy noting the "diversity" of the work day on Station.

Not bad going for Jack Fischer - within a week he's gone from being an unflown astronaut, to talking to Presidents from space! :)

He did very well. You could tell they had been "trained" in what to get across, but they did it very well.
