Are the Chinese launchers availble for commercial western payloads? How many operational rockets do the Chinese have?

EDIT: It works with K-Lite Codec Pack (MPEG-demuxer and MPEG-2 video).

This is MPEG-2 video, You should install K-Lite Codec Pack, as follows MPEG-2 demuxer and MPEG-2 video decoder
