Either I have not been paying attention or I am looking in the wrong places. How many Proton-M and Briz-M are in Baikonur and when were they delivered?

SES-3 & KAZSAT-2
Proton-M 93518 delivered December 2010 [source]

TELSTAR-14R
Briz-M delivered April 2011 - 2nd delivered in 2011 [source]

VIASAT
Proton-M delivered April 2011 [source] [source]

Говорят техничка завалена Протонами-М
Три Протона в зале, один даже на улице и еще один на подходе
Во сейчас пулять начнут, успевай заряжать

MVS (Quetzsat 1 shareholder) quote by Reuters:

"Ernesto Vargas, president of MVS Telecomunicaciones, told Reuters that DISH Mexico's footprint would expand all the way to Panama once the Quetzal 1 satellite is launched by partner SES in August."
