September 11 – ViaSat-1 – Proton-M/Briz-M – Baikonur 200/39
September 15 – Ekspress-AM4 – Proton-M/Briz-M – Baikonur 200/39
September 28 – QuetzSat-1 – Proton-M/Briz-M – Baikonur 200/39

This looks a bit too close!

If they follow the Generic Launch Campaign Schedule as found in Proton Launch System Mission Planner’s Guide, then this should be there location in building 92A-50.

The pushback decison on Quetzsat to end of Sept is really recent.

Echostar filed with FCC on June 27 indicating launch "on or about August 12".
Maybe more Loral solar panal deployment problems?
