Was it just me, but the ILS "live" coverage was about 5 minutes behind the coverage given by http://online.roscosmos.ru/. ILS had the launch more than 5 minutes after the Russian coverage. Was ILS delaying the coverage or would it be a problem with their internet feeds?

The delay was certainly not 5 minutes, but it was noticeable. For example, the ignition caught the presenter by surprise.
According to ILS during the broadcast, they already have a customer for the 3 stage Proton Medium.http://space.skyrocket.de/doc_lau/proton-m_briz-m.htm shows that the order is from Eutelsat for a 2020 launch. When was that publically announced?
