Merger of Intelsat and OneWeb

This conditional merger looks like a huge deal:

Interesting to note also the extent of Intelsat's debt (15B$).


Peter de Sielding also noting in Twitter the merger won't automatically extend the rights of landing in 200 countries that Intelsat has to OneWeb too.
