All other known 8А78М numbers are in the 67X-69X range.

Progress M-03M launch vehicle was Ю15000-120.Soyuz TMA-16 launch vehicle was Б15000-029. It's sort of historic because launches of R-7 ICBM began in 1957 with number М1-5 through М1-12 and continued in 1958 with and Б1-13.Since then, the numbering made two full rounds beginning with Б ("Beh"), first in 1958 and second in 1985. Now we see the beginning of the third full round.
I have come to the conclusion that these letters mean more then year of release, or production. And are either on a 27 year cycle or 14?
Another confusing thing is that R-7 are also refered to as the following10М127С10th machine of 127th series - 8K78M Н15000-294 Interbol-138th machine of 132nd series - 11A511U-PVB 14F138 Liana Lotos-S12th machine of 133rd series - Soyuz-2.1B 14F137 Personahttp://www.novosti-kosmonavtiki.ru/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3011&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=450http://epizodsspace.airbase.ru/bibl/nk/1995/16-17/16-17-1995-2.html
sounds like historical info that should be added to Jonathan McDowell space history database!
