Jack Fischer @Astro2fishSo proud of this amazing training team, who somehow got even us ready for flight--we'll do our best to make you proud on orbit! #NextUp

For approximately 2 weeks, according to the current schedule, a 2-person crew will operate ISS in May 2017, Yurchikin and Fischer.Obviously (?), the several space agencies' operational staffs have made plans for this. But, the minimal crew size in the operational ISS era was always envisioned as 3?It's a big station! What changes will occur? Particularly, will operational tasks will take up more or all of their time, as opposed to science experiments?

Cool if true. Peggy Whitson missed out on the Year In Space opportunity; this would be a nice consolation.
Most likely Peggy Whitson because if she's staying for a longer period of time, she'll have to retain her Commander position. Just like Scott Kelly during his One Year Mission.
