You are right, because Progress M-04M launch was previously planned for December 26. I have forgotten September's rocket, so December's rocket is for Progress M-05M. The new link with that old report is on http://www.federalspace.ru/main.php?id=2&nid=7545

Hey, here's something I actually know about!!

For the Russian segment, all water used must be "Moscow" water, ie water that has been treated with Moscow type disinfectant, which uses silver nitrate instead of our chlorination process. The reason given for this requirement is that the Russian equipment that deals with water, such as Elektron and the condensate collectors, allegedly would completely disintegrate (or in other terms, work out of spec) if non-Moscow water passes through them.

This requirement means that any water shipped to the Russian segment via Shuttle must be imported from Russia.

I would say there is a seal compatibility issue with the disinfectant. Another one would be if there were any plastics involved.

I'd tend to agree with the first issue. Chlorine does some really bad things to a lot of rubber or similar materials, certainly ruins RO membranes.
