You can do us a favor and calculate the increased cost of using 2-1A vs Soyuz-U for Progress, to see if there is a significant difference. We could then figure out the launch cost of flying the additional 400 kg of payload.2014 - Soyuz-U 685,047,000 ruble - Soyuz-FG 742,880,000 ruble - Soyuz-2-1A 0,939,502,000 ruble2015 - Soyuz-U 737,558,000 ruble - Soyuz-FG 799,466,000 ruble - Soyuz-2-1A 1,019,087,000 rublehttp://www.zakupki.gov.ru/pgz/public/action/orders/info/common_info/show?notificationId=3194165http://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=17286.msg1052136#msg1052136
