So, this is apparently another optical reconnaissance satellite of the same make/model as IGS Optical-5?
(forum launch thread here (https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=37111.0))
Do our reconnaissance satellite experts have any idea which IGS satellites, optical and radar, are (probably) functional?

FWIW, the local weather forecast for Feb. 25 shows thunderstorms at launch time with rain continuing into the 26th. Expect the launch date to slip 1-2 days.

New object cataloged in 485 x 499 km x 97.2 deg orbit.
43240 Name" To Be Assigned" Des: 2018-021B Type : Payload
43224 (H2A R/B) is also called 2018-021B, so there's some confusion here.
No TLEs for objects, A, B(1) or C.
Could be some kind of error, but the TLEs are plausible for an object from this launch.
