Nanosat launch vehicle designs

In this SmallSat conference presentation
http://digitalcommons.usu.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?filename=0&article=2888&context=smallsat&type=additional
I found an interesting picture of various proposed nanosatellite launch vehicles. I guess that nanosat launch vehicle program has ended? Or is there a revised RFP in the works? (I'm not sure about the timeline of the presentation vs proposal/cancellation of the nano program.)
Has anyone seen a presentation which includes the various candidates and descriptions? My google-fu wasn't able to produce anything that might have included that slide.
Or, if not, can people identify the various vehicles? I'm attaching a low-res shot of the graphic because I know most people don't want to dig through a presentation (even though this one is only 8 slides--figure is on slide 6). I hope that isn't too sketchy.
From left (edited):
#7: SWORDS launcher
#9: Strypi / SuperStrypi / SPARK
#11: Scorpius
I'll bet most of these designs are very interesting--SWORDS certainly is. I'd like to learn more about them.

It's a shame that there is no legend for this illustration in the presentation.
#3 might be the Indonesian RPS-420. Although originally scheduled for flight in 2014, I have heard no news for years. The program has probably not been fully funded for some time. If successful, it would become the shortest vehicle to make orbit at 9.5 m in length.

Actually #14 looks like the Garvey Aerospace NSLV not the PA-2
#13 looks like the Armadillo Aerospace proposed NSLV

British physics, old chap. It's undignified to belch flames and effluvia all over the pad, what. A true gentlemen's orbital conveyance lifts itself into the air unostentatiously, with the minimum of spectacle and a modicum of grace. Not like our American cousins' launch vehicles, eh?
