CE-6 now being touted for 2020 and a south polar target.  The rim of Shackleton crater is suggested, probably just for a simulation rather than serious site planning at this stage.

It seems unlikely Chang'e 6 will land in the permanently shadowed regions, since they use the rim of the Shackleton as an example mission. Hopefully the mission after that will land there.
