The State Commission confirmed the scheduled lift-off time of the Proton-M LV and gave the go-ahead to loading the LV with propellants - Roscosmos.

I like the idea of this system this satellite will be part of. Apparently it will be decent broadband, anywhere (which you can't even get via landline in the UK unless they've put fiber into the ground - which they haven't done much of in York.....I digress).
