I love the reliabilty of Russian launches. They really do get it right in recent years despite not having as much money to do so.

Have the Russians recieved confirmation of NASA being unable to launch Atlantis on STS-121 in our September window? Wondering if that will affect Progress' cargo manifest?

Have the Russians recieved confirmation of NASA being unable to launch Atlantis on STS-121 in our September window?

I do not know about reception of official confirmation, but, for example, MCC-M (Korolyov) experts guess or know about it already for a long time...

Wondering if that will affect Progress' cargo manifest?

There is a month before Progress M-54 launch (on September 8 approximately at 13:07:48 UTC), therefore the list of it’s cargoes maybe changed... But change of other Progress M launch dates for this reason will not be, I think...

Is there a webcast?

I think that, unfortunately, NO... :( However, Progress M-54 docking, as always, will be on NASA TV! :)

That's one thing then! :)

Any news you have on pre-launch of Progress will be great, Anik!

Thanks :)

This is far too simple... Its like clockwork... amazing, quite amazing with so little $$$.... You folks need a few more studies and enquires and a lot more meetings with contracted services to slow things down to a halt..  MAF could help, when they get back on line.
