Well, wouldn't that be a bummer.  I'm officially worried now...

I'd be pretty pale on landing too after that! ;)
So would you be if you'd spent the landing with two cameras dancing on your lap instead of just memory cards.  ;D

Doesn't have to be any sort of error. Could be a corrupted file system or the cards snapping in half on re-entry. Don't know yet.

I'm hearing some worried murmurs from contacts -- the separation image cards can't seem to be found. Anybody know more?

That doesn't seem possible:

"As per discussions with Chris, we're going with nasa.gov for the images, but they better post them soon and all of them or I have a special care package from some Italian speaking man going on L2" -- Jester

Note the tense - I "have".

Given past history, I trust Jester completely.

Wake up song happening now.  Not sure what it is but it's a rock song.

Real World by Matchbox 20.  I haven't heard of them before.  Song for Box.

I'll even excitedly look forward to "flags and footprints" and suborbital missions. Just fly...somewhere.

Assuming they are SD cards, You'd have a tough time snapping them in half.

Hopefully we'll see the images soon.. *rubs hands*

Messages about a power issue on the APU heater. Switched the heater string. Were going to wake the crew, but the power recovered.

Going to monitor it today.

Well, if Jester has them THAT would explain why NASA doesn't, wouldn't it?

Not necessarily.  I thought I'd heard on this forum there were going to be multiple copies made starting at the landing site.

I've no idea if any of our contributors have them, honestly. If it turns out NASA is getting no joy, and - let's say - one of our Russian friends knows where they are, I'll be telling NASA where to look.

Let's just hope - if this rumor is true - it's not because of a technical problem.

agreed... even a low light view of the station is preferrable to a more or less static graphic..

These will always seem 'different' for me now (after last night's epic spectacle)

Ah, it wasn't anything to do with the APU heaters, was a power supply.
