Everything is the same except for producer: DFH Sat Co for 2 and 4 vs. CAST for 7. (Can't find out if CAST and DFH both belongs to CASC or DFH is a part of CAST.)

The strange thing is that for many previous launches Xinhua made clear distinction between spacecraft produced by CAST and by DFH Satellite Co. This time we expected to see a third DFH-built Yaogan weixing 2 type satellite.
An image of YG-7 released at 9ifly (very likely from a launch video) seems to confirm your assumption, because it shows a CAST-2000 like bus, which is built by DFH.
