Insat-3D has slipped into 2007/08 ( http://www.isro.org/rep2006/Communication.htm )
X-Sat is a piggy-back payload an will fly with a primay payload on a PSLV
Tecsar, as said earlier has also slipped into 2007
LAPAN-TUBSAT has taken the place of Anusat

so this leaves probably 4 launches in 2006

A recent article in The Hindu announces the next two launches to be INSAT-4C/GSLV in July and Cartosat 2/PSLV in August.

http://www.hindu.com/2006/06/04/stories/2006060400051100.htm

Does anyone know what happened to that AGILE/PSLV launch previously announced for this spring?

Info on the Indonesian Piggyback payload on the next PSLV mission on this link

highlights
Weighing about 57 kgs, the first stage satellite is much lighter than the US-made Palapa satellite weighing around 400 kgs.

The manufacturing of the micro satellite the design of which was done by German experts had been completed and the satellite had also been taken to Isro in India to be launched together with India`s satellite "Cartosat-2".

As to the cost, LAPAN only spent about Rp10 billion on its manufacturing in Indonesia
