Anik, maybe you can now drop the second one
What΄s about the MLM launch in 2011?
Not earlier than 2012.
According to Spaceflight Now, the next Dnepr launch will be in June. It doesn't say which one it is, but it describes the payload as a "cluster of small international satellites", so I'm guessing it's DubaiSat

According to http://www.ssc.se/?id=7611 the launch of two Prisma and one Picard satellites is delayed to November 2009 - February 2010.
"The launcher authority Eurockot announced a launch delay of a Russian satellite, which had a direct impact on the SMOS/Proba-2 launch, now scheduled for 9 September 2009, pending confirmation by Russian authorities"
So does that mean there will be a Russian Government Rokot launch prior to the SMOS launch?
