Problem was apparently helium leakage from the 1st stage. This means a several day slip is likely.

Youtube link now showing "Live in 3 days, 17 August 12:00 am GMT+9". That would be 0300 UTC.

If you wait a few seconds, it will show "August 16, 5:00 pm" (ie 8:00 am UTC)

That's you're local time! With me (I am +9.5, half an hour ahead of Japan) it shows "Live in 2 days August 17, 12:30 AM" after a few seconds. I did make a mistake though. 12 am on 17 August is 0000 local or 1500 UTC on 16 August (not 0300 UTC on 17 August). My apologies for the miscalculation. I don't believe that's the actual launch time though. Instead, I think they just set the clock to the start of the day. Launch time is probably close to Saturday's time of 0440 UTC either on 16 August (if they move up the Youtube clock) or 17 August (if they delay the Youtube clock).

Probably not today either looking at various Japanese sources on Twitter - looks more like still a couple of days before the next attempt.
