Scottish space launch site?

The local business development agency is funding a feasibility study into the creation of a launch site on the North coast of Scotland, for polar launches.
The question has to be, what vehicle(s) would fly from it?

Would certainly be easier for me than a trip to Florida/CA/Guyana...

This may be related to the proposed Black Arrow 2 vehicle, which is expected to launch from Northern Scotland.
