Does the MSDB site list all Sea Launches?  If so, there are only 4 between now and the end of 2009 and 5 are listed in your schedule.
September - Galaxy 19
January - Sicral or W2A?
July - W2A or W7?
December - XM5

I think Sicral 1B launch is a bit mysterious. There is no clear info about it. It should be launched around November as suggested Mighty-T on his message.
Eutelsat W2A will be launched in the beginnig of 2009.
Eutelsat W7 launch is certain to be in July 2009.
XM-5 is ground spare and may be launched in 2009 or 2010. Sea Launch may position new satellite for the launch in the end of 2009. DirecTV 12 also has option for launch with Zenit 3.

Certainly not correct as Zenit-2 can only launch to LEO (also E-14 is far to heavy for Zenit-3SLB, the only other commercial Zenit launching from Baikonur)

Here is the answer of Lyngsat webmaster:

I don't know the weight, but the launcher should actually be Zenit 2SB60(!), not Zenit 3 as I had written.

Could it be a Zenit-2/Fregat?

Zenit 2SB60 is the 1st and 2nd stage of the land launch Zenit-3SLB, not a launch vehicle on its own. And Echostar-XV is a 5.5 - 6 ton class satellite, far too heavy for the Z-3SLB.

Perhaps Echostar-XV will be launched on a Sea Launch Zenit-3SL, but this is speculation so far.

Lyngsat is not the most accurate source for launch info, it's focused more on satellite usage.  If this satellite is launching from Baikonur, the only vehicle capable of launching it is Proton.

Here is a news release from ILS of Echostar buying a launch from them without naming the payload.  Perhaps this is Echostar 14.

As far as I know EchoStar has 2 launch contracts with ILS. First contract was for EchoStar 13(CMBStar1), then it was cancelled. Therefore, EchoStar 14 and EchoStar 15 are likely to be launched on Proton.

At the Satellite Business Week in Paris, Sea Launch CEO Kjell Karlsen said that "Sicral 1B" (on Sea Launch) will be slipping to early 2009.

With Land Launch, he still hopes for launching Measat 1R this year, however, no further launch in 2008 is scheduled there after (Telstar 11N slips to 2009).

Eutelsat W2A is on Proton per Giuliano Beretta's comments at the conference mentioned above.  Announcement was made earlier this year as a "W" mission.

Sea Launch Partners with Intelsat on Multi-Launch Agreement
http://www.sea-launch.com/news_releases/nr_082011.html

LONG BEACH, Calif., November 20, 2008 -- Sea Launch and Intelsat have signed a multiple launch services contract for five missions on the Sea Launch system, scheduled for execution beginning in late 2010 through 2012.

"We want to thank the Intelsat team for their continued confidence in our team and our launch system," said Kjell Karlsen, president and general manager of Sea Launch. "This agreement demonstrates the long-standing partnership that Sea Launch has developed with Intelsat over several years, featuring eight successful missions to date, most recently the flawless launch of the Galaxy 19 satellite on September 24. This award, from the industry’s leading satellite operator, represents a significant addition to the Sea Launch manifest. We are looking forward to executing these five additional missions in support of Intelsat’s fleet replacement requirements."

"Intelsat has had a long-term relationship with Sea Launch. This year, Sea Launch executed two successful launch missions for Intelsat, delivering our Galaxy 18 and Galaxy 19 spacecraft into orbit which completely refreshed the North American Galaxy fleet," said Ken Lee, Intelsat’s senior vice president, space systems. "We look forward to working with Sea Launch in the years to come as we introduce new spacecraft, optimized to deliver critical transmission services for our video, voice, network services and government customers."

According to info given by anik in Novosti Kosmonavtiki forum, there will be only 2 launches with Zenit-3SLB, in February and in June!

But, Land Launch has total of 5 orders for 2009 (2 delayed from 2008) ???

Any comments?

It looks like there are 3 SL missions in Feb, Aug, and Dec, and 2 LL in Feb and April.  That corresponds with 8 Block DM launches, as there are 3 planned on Proton per Anik's Russian schedule.
