STS-36 is the only flight to have flown up to 62 deg inclination. Reading the description, it says they did a dog-leg trajectory to reach that orbit. They say they flew as if they were headed to their "max" 57-deg inclination, then dog-legged to reach 62, having gotten a waiver to overfly some polulated areas.Watching the video, I can't see any difference between it and other flights.. was the dog-leg maneuver done w/the SRB's still attached, or after SRB-sep? If after, when during the ascent was it done?
