Soyuz MS sighting!
From the 2nd attached image in this post, in the Soyuz TMA-20M thread, we see Soyuz MS awaiting its turn (on the right, on the stand).

And:
Is that Soyuz the first Soyuz-MS?

Yes. Soyuz TMA-20M is the last spaceship in the Soyuz TMA-M family.

Will Soyuz-MS be a 6 hour rendezvous with ISS (or 2 days)?
Thank you.

Delayed to June 24

Edit: Sidenote: Russia does not number their first vehicles. It's Soyuz MS not Soyuz MS-01

It depends on who name them. RSC Energia do not like 01, because, for example, Progress M-01M has docked to ISS in TORU mode. So RSC Energia has dropped 01 for the first Soyuz TMA-M. The same decision was for the first Progress MS and will be for the first Soyuz MS. But MCC-M and Roskosmos has decided to name the first Progress MS as Progress MS-01. I think that the same decision will be for Soyuz MS, i.e. they will name it as Soyuz MS-01.

Does anyone know why have they chosen the longer 2-days standard mission profile? Safety precaution? Is there any new hardware which has not already been tested on the previus Progress MS 01 and Progress MS 02 missions?

On the first two Progress-MS missions, they used the two-day procedure in order to test out the brand-new features of the spacecraft.

ROSCOSMOS.  TPK "UNION MS-01" being tested in vacuum chamber

 23.05.2016 16:26

At Baikonur continues preparations for the launch of the first manned transport spacecraft new modification "MS Union."  On May 20, 2016 piloted the ship "MS-01 Union" tested for leaks in a vacuum chamber.  It is planned that the work in a vacuum chamber will be completed by May 25, followed by a manned spacecraft transported to the assembly-test building site 254 for further autonomous inspections.

Launching a manned spacecraft from Baikonur is scheduled June 24, 2016.  The first manned spacecraft of a new modification of "MS Union" shall deliver to the ISS crew of the ship's commander, cosmonaut Federal Space Agency Anatoly Ivanishin, Japanese astronaut This Onishi and NASA astronaut Kathleen Rubins.  Backup crew - Oleg Novitsky (Roscosmos), Tom SAND (ESA) and Peggy Whitson (NASA).

Manned transport spacecraft "Soyuz MS" series are equipped with advanced traffic management and navigation systems, as well as the upgraded system docking and internal transfer.  Improved engineers and power system: increased area and photovoltaic power - solar panels will produce more energy.  Also new TV system are used in spacecraft on-board measurement system, landing agents, thermal control system, communication system and direction finding.

The first manned spacecraft of the new series Soyuz MS is being tested for leaks

May 24, 2016

Preparations are under way at Baikonur cosmodrome for the launch of the first manned transportation spacecraft in the new Soyuz MS series. Since May 20, 2016, a manned spacecraft Soyuz MS has been undergoing leak checks in a vacuum chamber. It is expected that vacuum chamber tests will be completed on May 25, after which the manned spacecraft will be transferred to the processing facility of Area 254 for further stand-alone tests.

The launch of manned transportation spacecraft from Baikonur is scheduled for June 24, 2016. The first manned spacecraft of the new Soyuz MS series is to deliver to the ISS a crew consisting of the spacecraft commander, Roscosmos cosmonaut Anatoly IVANISHIN, Japanese astronaut Takuya ONISHI and NASA astronaut Cathleen RUBINS. The backup crew consists of Oleg NOVITSKY (ROSCOSMOS), Thomas PESQUET (ESA) and Peggy Whitson (NASA).

The new-series transportation spacecraft Progress MS and Soyuz MS designed and built by RSC Energia were developed as a result of a radical upgrade of Progress M and Soyuz TMA spacecraft. The onboard command radio system Kvant-B was replaced with an integrated command and telemetry system with an additional telemetry channel. The new command radio link will make it possible to receive signals via relay satellites Luch-5, which will significantly increase the radio coverage zone for the spacecraft – up to 70% of an orbit.

The new-model spacecraft are equipped with an advanced onboard radio system for rendezvous and docking Kurs-NA. As compared with an earlier model, Kurs-A, it has improved mass and dimensions parameters and makes it possible to delete from the spacecraft hardware configuration one of the three radio antennas. Instead of the analog TV system Klyost, the spacecraft will use a digital TV system, which will make it possible to maintain communications between the spacecraft and the station via a space-to-space RF link.

Also included into the onboard equipment of the Soyuz MS and Progress MS series spacecraft to replace the equipment that is being phased out of production is a new Digital Backup Loop Control Unit BURK developed by RSC Energia, an upgraded Rate Sensor Unit BDUS-3A and a LED headlight SFOK. Thanks to the use of new ground and onboard radio systems, it became possible to use state-of-the-art data transmission protocols, which resulted in improved operational stability of spacecraft control system.

Most of the engineering solutions incorporated into the design of Soyuz MS and Progress MS spacecraft will be used in the design of the new-generation Crew Transportation Spacecraft (CTS), which is currently under development at RSC Energia.
